Completing this vineyard register is a crucial first step to contribute to the Swan Valley Old Vine Charter as it will create a database of all wine grape vineyards. The information collected has a twofold purpose:

To record the current plantings of old vines, and
To provide a conduit via the Swan Valley Winemakers Association for growers to supply old vine fruit to winemakers/wineries.

Once you have registered your vineyard below you can add each block from your vineyard to the register. A unique link will be sent to your email address so you can add new blocks to the register at any time.
